Does anyone else out there deal with anxiety attacks, not panic attacks which I’ve been told are pretty severe, not that these don’t suck.
When I find myself dealing with a lot of stress I have anxiety attacks several days to a week later.
It first started many years ago after I attended a funeral for a family friend, at the time I had no idea what was going on so I was taken to the emergency room as I didn’t feel like I could breathe.
Thankfully after that I now know what to expect so when I get one now I try my hardest to wait it out but I’m sure there has to be a better solution.
Do any of you have any ideas or experience? I’d love your input, as these attacks are not nice at all.
And on top of that I also have chronic back pain which just so happens to have flaired up today, possibly due to my few minutes of dancing in my room after watching the greatest showman last night….OUCH
