Lets face it, we all have Bad Habits, I may have more than you, but we all have them, so I have decided to try and combat some of them over the next 6 months and make myself more accountable, so I have done 6 months worth of goals, you will notice that the baby planning does not appear in these, this is because I had a good think the other day and decided that if I can make my life better then hopefully good fortune will follow and I will somehow make those dreams a reality and I will be a healthier, stronger person to bring a baby into this world, so here goes….
OCTOBER 2018
1: Pay majority off our LAST credit card debt
2: Drink 4 bottles (600ml) water daily
3: Reduce cigarettes to 15 per day (currently at about 20-25, i know very bad)
4: Blog once a week (1 new post weekly), because I’ve just started my Blog I will probably be doing a lot more)
5: Reduce Iced Coffee intake to 3 bottles (500ml) weekly (currently 4-6, again bad idea)
6: Eat only healthy foods 1 day a week
7: Do some form of excersise 1 x a week
NOVEMBER 2018
1: Finish Paying off LAST credit card
2: Start saving more into our Home Savings Account
3: Continue water intake
4: Blog 2 x weekly (2 new posts weekly)
5: Reduce cigs to 10 per day
6: Excersise 2 x weekly
7: Reduce I/C (Iced Coffee) to 2 bottles/week
8: Eat only healthy foods 2 days/week
DECEMBER 2018
1: Continue Saving
2: Continue water intake
3: Excersise 3 x weekly
4: Reduce cigs to 5/day
5: Blog 3 x weekly (3 new posts weekly)
6: Reduce I/C to 1 bottle/week
7: Eat only Healthy 3 days/week
JANUARY 2019
1: Stop smoking completely
2: Keep Saving
3: Keep up water
4: Stop I/C intake completely
5: Continue excersise 3 x weekly
6: Eat only healthy 4 days/week
7: Blog 4 x weekly (4 new posts weekly)
FEBRUARY 2019
1: Keep Saving
2: Keep up water
3: Eat only healthy 5 days/week
4: Blog 5 x weekly (5 new posts weekly)
5: Continue Excersise 3 days/week
6: Start a new goal if viable (ie: as long as I’m sticking to all these ones)
MARCH 2019
1: Keep Saving
2: Keep up water
3: Eat only healthy 6 days/week
4: Keep blogging 5 days/week (5 new posts weekly)
5: Continue excersise 3 days/week
6: Start a new goal if viable (ie: as long as i’m sticking to all these ones)
